Working Principle

The hot press machine works on the principle of applying heat and pressure simultaneously to bond the plywood layers together. The raw materials, such as veneers and glue, are first prepared and assembled into a sandwich structure. The sandwich is then placed between the heated platens of the hot press. The hydraulic system applies high pressure to compress the sandwich, while the heating system heats the platens to cure the glue. The heat and pressure are maintained for a specific period of time to ensure proper bonding. After the curing process is completed, the hot press is opened, and the finished plywood is removed.
