1. It can minimize the scrap of veneer veneer and improve the utilization rate of veneer. The front knife, rear knife and pressure beam are all controlled by a hydraulic transmission system. The pressure can be adjusted in time for various veneer veneer pressure beams.
2 .Two hydraulic cylinders move up and down and are supported by four solid guide rails to ensure the adjustable hydraulic tailgate of the pressure beam after long-term use.
3. By adjusting the veneer cutting width in a timely manner, the remaining veneer width can be reduced to a minimum to achieve optimal veneer utilization on the mobile workbench.
4. Use precise and strong parallel linear guides and ball screws, combined with servo motors to ensure shearing accuracy and parallelism. The pressure beam fully compresses the veneer before shearing, effectively reducing the impact of veneer tension on the shearing process.
5. The effect is to achieve a humanized operating interface (including a human-machine interface touch panel) with a cutting effect.
6. The machine's double-knife fast cutting and vertical movement of the pressure element are executed by hydraulic transmission.
7. The pressure element width of 650mm fully meets the work requirements, even for narrow and small-sized veneers.
8. The transmission part of this machine is mainly composed of 4 parallel high-precision guide rails and 2 high-precision roller screws to ensure high running speed, low heat generation, fast heat dissipation, low noise and high precision.
9 . Operating mode has two options: manual and automatic.
10. Due to the use of a light booth ruler for positioning, its accuracy is controllable within the range of 0.1mm. Its maximum cutting width is 650mm and its length is 4000mm. The cutting angle of the cutter is precise.
