VENEER DRYER MACHINE:
Veneer drying line is important machine in plywood processing, when you get fresh veneer, for long stock, need remove water and moisture,so you need veneer dryer machine. This machine length and width is according to your veneer size, thickness and output. There are roller type veneer dryer machine, mesh type veneer dryer machine and hot press type dryer machine.

GLUE SPREADER:
The glue spreader machine spreads the glue on the core veneers, multi-layer board, plywood, blockboard and so on. It has three rollers and four rollers. The one with three rollers is single-side glue coating machine. The glue spreader with four rollers is double-side coating machine. The glue spreader is divided into 4ft, 5ft, 8ft, 9ft and so on. It can be customized according to client's requirement. It is produced with reasonable design, glue coating averagely, saving cost, easy operation and lower price.

 

COLD PRESS:

Cold press machine is the auxiliary in plywood production line, which is used to shorten the cycle time of hot press and improve the quality of plywood before gluing board. Cold press machine belongs to the pressing machine. Cold press machine is mainly used to press the gluing veneer, so that make the initial shape, and then into the hot press machine to press. It is important to improve the quality of plywood, and it is an significant part. Cold press machine in general consists with the rack, fixed beam, moving beam, the plate device, cylinder and hydraulic system, electric control device components.

HOT PRESS MACHINE:
Plywood hot press machine is one of the main equipment in the plywood production process. It is the equipment for hot pressing of the board slab after the glue combination. The different types of plywood have different requirements on the performance of the press: ordinary plywood, aero plywood, plastic panel, wood laminated plastic board and ship plywood are required to increase the pressure in turn. Plywood hot press consists of three parts: the hot press main machine, the control drive part (hydraulic system and electric control system), and the heating system.
